If the unit was cheaper I would have given it five stars

This is a well made, well thought out unit, and simple to install

, I noticed quickly just how much stronger this unit was vs the cradle version, I had service for miles out roads I would dip down into poor 3g coverage with the cradle, with the 4G lte flag flying

I have tried to see if there is a meter or something I can use to determine if the unit is working, nothing

And, as others have noted the unit runs very warm.

But the weBoost unit is not capable of boosting WEAK signals.

The unit I received was faulty with trouble lights on

I called Customer Support to see if I had an abnormal unit or if there was some magic ritual involved in installation, but that did not help

Ensure keep the indoor unit cool by putting it near your airflow or protect it with some kind of shielding.

The first unit I received didn't appear to work (refurbished) but the company was responsive and suggested I contact WeBoost directly since they couldn't replace it.

If this unit worked I was going to buy one for the house.

This unit does extremely well when there is an existing signal to boost

Worse, after being plugged into power for anything more than 30-45 minutes, the unit gets so hot you literally cannot pick it up

This unit works very well in our camper and in our home
