Installation was simple and the directions were easy to follow

It worked once I figured out the right direction to point it

They recommended using the Open Signal app, and then when I told them I was already using it with no results, stated it was not very accurate, so perhaps I wasn't pointing the antenna in the right direction, They then recommended I call AT&T and ask them for the best tower location, (akin to calling the White House and asking tax questions.)

They all turned green when I had the antenna pointed in the right direction

I find it curious and surprising that a company that specializes in cell boosters meant to enhance signals in rural or weak signal areas, has not developed any means to assist their customers in finding the right direction to point their antenna.

Just make sure you aim it in the right direction!

This is our fault though for aiming it in the complete wrong direction
