The included instructions are very well illustrated & laid out in a user friendly easy to follow fashion, & they do have a tech support help # to call if you have a question

I called tech support, and they said this was normal

It may not work for you or where your living, but give WeBoost tech support a call and talk to them

So I would recommend you calling their tech support if you have doubts
