Assembly was a wee bit tricky, but laying it on its side to attach the hand rail to the base did the trick.

The motor is a bit louder than other treadmills that i've been on, but I listen to music while running, so I do not notice it

The toggle switch at the forward end of the base could be a bit more ergonomically placed (higher, and more accessible), but no big deal either

The heart rate monitor isn't always reliable and the treadmill starts shaking a bit if you go over 5 mph but it works perfect for brisk walking.

The drive belt was a tiny bit loose, which was easily solved by loosening two bolts on the motor bracket, swinging the motor out a fraction of an inch, and re-tightening the bolts.
