The 250 gb one is a good upgrade from an old, mechanical hard disk for an office computer or laptop

This unit worked with my USB adapter to clone the oniginal HDD and when inserted in place of the HDD, booted up and mimics the hard disk but faster for boot and general operation

Compared with the original hard disk, this SSD is super fast and quiet.

I did pick up one of those brackets designed to fill the form factor between this smaller drive, against the original hard disk 3.5 inch size.

Cannot tell any difference except there is no hard disk noise and computer is significantly faster.

If that doesn't convince you of the speed difference then the fact certain games load much faster than before, and I dare say not too far behind the newer gen Series X/S in load times so happy as can be with my purchase.
