It is likely they had issues with the software just like myself where it would fail to clone but not give you any info

So all in all, the process was flawless, the drive works great and so far no issues

I've never had an issue with a hard drive before, and was impressed by the value of the 1TB, but the 4TB was total garbage

If that doesn't convince you of the speed difference then the fact certain games load much faster than before, and I dare say not too far behind the newer gen Series X/S in load times so happy as can be with my purchase.
