My box only had a little damage (it’s only shipped in a bubble envelope, I saw other reviews where their box was really crushed :

The box was all smashed and when I took the brush out there was hair in it.

HOWEVER———>the box was smashed and torn when I got it, should have been in a box, but was in an amazon bag.

Just be carefully if so, because the box it came in was damaged, not packed properly.
