Great radio, but invest in another antenna

I approached it like scanning was new to me and not assume that this radio would work like every other one

This is a top notch radio scanner with excellent RF sensitivity.

I didn't have any problems programming the radio for my area

excellent radio for analog and digital requirements. had to call whistler for instructions on how to operate radio and spoke to the whistler group technicians john and cheri who were absolutely fantastic in helping me out with how to adjust the dsp adapt settings for use in the nyc metro area
