Received a defective piece

This products was missing pieces, the box came so crumbled I couldn’t even use the same box to even attempt to return

but so far only one piece broke off (about 15 uses)

Identify each piece and lay them out before you.2)

This piece of crap fell apart on me in the first 5 minutes of use and damaged my floor

The front wheels should be pivoted, but otherwise it is a very fine piece of work, and not overly difficult to assemble

Found the cap and pin and placed the wheel back on, but the second time I used it the right wheel fell off, and I was not as fortunate to find the missing pieces

so I fiddled with it again, with the instructions provided, and thought the pieces were secure enough
