One washer was missing

Screws, washers, hard to read instructions, and all.

I wish that I would had just went to a Walgreens our Walmart and bought one already assembled and just paid the extra money...as pictured one washer is missing and the pin is not on the other wheel

Returning the cart for one missing washer is more bother than it is worth and until we go to the hardware store to pick up another one (which we should not have to do because this is a brand new item), we have a cart that is not usable without causing undue wear on the plastic wheels
