Can't comment on tech support as I haven't had to ask for any

It takes only a couple minutes to set up...... didn't need tech support.

I called tech support and was connected right away with a technician, Maurice.

I did not have to contact tech support; therefore, I could not leave a rating.

Even then, if you have any issues the tech support they give is wonderful; very patient with easy to follow instructions

The product never worked and after an attempted set up tech support (surprising extremely helpful person), he asked about the modem and discerned that the black tower modem from Spectrum does not work with any of their devices.
