It works perfectly, but it is like a return to the 1990s - hours lost on one of our favorite video games

I got this for my Wii U to play local multiplayer on Splatoon and original Wii VC games and it works fine with both

Having one of these controllers let's you play many of the downloadable classic games on the Wii

The home button works great and it's nice to be able to use the directional toggles as well as the pad when playing games like Galaga

Best controller design for classic games in my opinion

And let's face it, the classic games are a lot more fun then any of the Wii games out

Also, just because a game says that it's compatible with the Wii Pro controller or the Wii remote, doesn't mean it's compatible with this controller, it will specifically tell you if the game is compatible with this controller or not

so I'm guessing this is as good as it gets
