    • Still, it is fun to challenge yourself virtually with great activities and a strong workout that holds up well

    • The bicycling and Sega exercises to find flags is a better workout and more interesting than the old run around the town.

    • I highly recommend it, maybe not so much as a primary workout (unless you're just starting on your way to fitness in which case you might as well have some fun!
    • MUCH faster, and with enough exercises in a row you actually can feel like it's a real workout.
    • For $20 it's a great addition to keeping the workouts fresh
    • The new games are fun and being able to create your own list of yoga and strength exercises is a nice touch and may keep you entertained for a short while, but overall I was disappointed with the lack of growth in terms of this providing a decent everyday workout
    • The new challenges are so much fun and you get a great workout.

    • This was exactly what I had been looking for: a seamless transition between warm up, workout and cool down
    • My daughter and I would seriously have a great workout then!
    • Overall, when compared with other exercise programs out there now, it just really doesn't have that much for even a half-decent aerobic workout, and I've since come to appreciate games that don't require dragging out the Wii Fit board, and that I can do
    • Good product and great workout if you keep at it.
    • I wouldn't call it an intense workout, but I can pretty easily get the same level of work out that I do on a walk through my neighborhood in about the same amount of time
    • I simply can't get a really good aerobic workout on the wii fit
    • You exercise for fun and don't realize that you are getting a great workout.
    • It is still a little slow between excersises to be a really good workout but the added games make it really fun to play
    • You can set up the workouts in Yoga and Strength only - they missed a big one here, would have been soooo nice to be able to do all the activities in a row.
    • I would like to have seen a more random option for the pre-made workouts so that they still work the same groups but use a different collection of games.
    • This is a great workout game

    • I am impressed with the contents as you get a pretty good workout with this product.
    • Don't get me wrong, by adding this with my other workouts, I have seen improvements, especially in Core and balance, but I need a lot more than this to get a good workout in
    • While these games do give you a good workout, they are also fun to play as well
    • I don't really thing the workouts aren't very hard but the balance games are great
    • engaging.-The Wii Fit Routines do incorporate the training games and help you focus on particular goals as well as providing short workouts that can be both fast and fun.-The calorie counter seems to be at least somewhat accurate (comparing to my heart rate monitor's results) and adds another level of feedback on how well you are doing
    • I never found this game to be a great workout, but some of the activities are pretty fun.
    • Overall, Wii Fit Plus is definitely a great buy for gamers whom are looking for getting a workout or improve their health, without the hastle of going to the gym
    • For those looking for an intense workout, this is not going to be it
