If you are actually looking for a good yoga routine, I would suggest the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader yoga video, stretches muscles I never knew I had, its not a wii game just a video.

I wondered how well the yoga would work but for me as a beginner, the use of the balance board definitely helps to keep the posture in a correct position

We bought the Wii Fit last year and enjoyed the Yoga, aerobics, cardio, and strength exercises.

You can customize your workout; however, it only includes Yoga and Strength - that was a bit disappointing, but not worth downgrading this rating

The games are great but this has some great (and easy) yoga on it, some strength training (a little lacking on the strength training), and balance games

I have dozens of work out videos (cardio, buns and thighs, pillates, etc.)none of which I've seen the results as fast as I've seen with Wii Fit Plus.
