My cell (an iPhone 5S on Verizon) went from 1 to 0 bars to a steady 4 bars all throughout my 3,000 sq ft workshop
-
Now I have a constant 4 bars of 4G and data works great
-
We have a cabin in the woods with no cell service occasionally can get a text message we installed this unit and now have two bars of 3G coverage 24/7, very happy with the performance.
-
We'd get five bars about two feet from the indoor antenna but it died out at a reasonable distance from that antenna.
-
So I moved into rural amelia court house VA and learned ATT may get one bar inside the house and Verizon who is king out here ( best internet connection cause no DSL or high speed other than satellite) only hot two bars
-
Tried all different configurations and locations and boosted only one bar at most.
-
Once installed, which was pretty easy, we went from spotty 1-2 bars of 3G service (and most of the house with no service) to 4 bars of 4G in most of the house!
-
Took us from 2 bars outside and no signal indoors to a solid 3 bars of 4gLTE, 2 bars of 2g and 3g(and 3gHSPA) everywhere in the house with AT&T network
-
With this, we now get full bars on my cheap 3G voice only phones, and my smart phone actually works
-
We put a metal roof on the house a few years back and noticed the downside was a one bar, sometimes two, drop in cell service
-
I was getting a solid 2-3 bars
-
I also find the same thing with the inside antenna weak signal proximity issue as stated in other posts, within 5 feet it bumps the the bars on my AT&T phone however in the case of the Verizon phone nothing.

For testing purposes, we tried it in our basement (where the reception is really poor) and the bars went up there as well
