The folder allows you to put in some 3 hole punched papers as well as some loose sheaf papers in the pocket and a business card in the cutouts

The back end is hardened cardboard with an insert for a 3"x5" card and loose papers, and the front end is a dull clear plastic cover, the kind that rip and get brittle in sunlight.

Inside the cover are three Y-prongs to insert loose papers.

These are good covers, which are a cut above the cheap heavy paper covers that are so common.
