I bake a lot around the holiday season, so I picked up two of these last year to help me cool more cookies at once

So, rotating shelves with still-cooling cookies can be a challenge

I have to be careful placing warm cookies in the racks as the wires are too widely spaced; if the cookies are too warm they will break up and fall between the wires.
