These truly are useful things.

One bad thing is that once you pull them out of the box you will never get them back in

They aren't super sturdy, I wouldn't put extremely heavy things on these; but, for cookies, muffins, or rolls they work great!

I've been doing a lot of baking lately (new kitchenaid mixer which I LOVE) and ran into a problem with getting hot things out of pans to cool
