The sticks don't seem to calibrate naturally, having a huge dead zone that will be immediately obvious to people used to xbox controllers, and the built in calibration program is the most embarrasing thing I have seen microsoft make for any hardware

Controller appeared to be fine but left analog stick had a dead zone so no diagonal movement was available for bottom right portion of left analog stick.
