The customer service is fantastic, they explained that larger cases could affect the way the wireless charging works

(I've seen some with multiple sets of coils, perhaps that would solve the problem).At this point, I'll just say the customer service was great and responsive, which I really appreciate, even if the capability of this product ends up being limited
