Pairing took forever then only connected at first with the right ear bud, then when left ear bud connected even tho my phone was in my hand kept cutting out like it was far away

I also feel like this was designed by a left handed person as the volume up is tapping the left ear, and skipping to the next track is also holding down the left ear ( I feel like the right ear would be more intuitive )

There are a few drawbacks however, the first being the design of the earbuds, I do not know how they would improve it but the shape of them is not quite a perfect ear fit
