The grab the right bud, insert in ear, it says "Second unit connected", then it says "Left Ear" in you left ear and "Right ear" in the right, very handy!

I prefer the hard ear buds that don't require any tips to be fitted on the ear bud

These are great wireless ear buds for the gym.

This will be your "primary" bud, so choose your favorite ear should you want to use just 1 bud at times, I chose Left.

BUT, I personally didn't like the feeling I found walking annoying as I could "hear" my foot steps when walking like you get with plugged ears.
