The product is overall really good, I love the build and material of it, the battery life is really good too, never had it be an inconvenience

Overall I'd recommend the product to people who want great headphones for exercising.

I updated it to 3 stars on customer service alone, however, once I ensure this defect wasn't a fluke, I will raise it to 4-5 because it is great product

In this price range, this is the best product a person can have.. had a small glitch, but Anker people are so attentive n gracious, 6 stars for pair's sound quality n anker's service..

If Anker combined the external build quality and materials of the older Soundbuds Surge with the sound and battery of the Spirit Pro, they would have the perfect product in their hands
