Only thing I don't like is I can't run it off my phone power packs.

The unit was easy to install and easy for them to learn how to use (very important as my Dad has dementia and has trouble learning new things)

and it's often hard to hear one another if we yell and something like this made it easier to communicate little things like "time for dinner" or

I can't say enough good things about this company.

These things are so awesome by me having such a large house it makes communication throughout house so much easier.

The only two good things I will say is 1) when we could use them

and I get on today to return them and realize I missed the window to return the damn things!

The only thing I don't like about it is that it sometimes catches frequencies from elsewhere and scares the dickens out of me.

The power cable is USB, which might be a good thing for some, but the mini USB connector is too fragile and wouldn't stay in (so they would randomly lose power)
