I have had this unit for 6 months, the hard drive failed, I contacted the manufacturer, and they replied that I needed to take the unit apart, unplug the hard drive, plug it back in, when I replied they sent me another email, now I have to take pictures of me removing the hard drive as proof, TERRIBLE SUPPORT

the support from seller has been totally awesome at this point (camera went bad with water incursion they sent replacement out within a few days)now for the cons1) the biggest con instructions and interface both are set up from an English second language point of view so some things are a little hard to understand, but if you have a basic understanding of setting up network you should do fine2
