Previous system had to be set-up every time camera or router lost power and could never get all four cameras working at once

We tried to call the number several times and no one answers.

Range is short and has a hard time going through 4 - 5 walls (house).- Web browser interface is PURE JUNK

I have had problems and each time Somonet custoner support was fantastic and helped me clear up the problem ASAP.I thought about returning the system for a refund more than once but thought: "Ask for help"

Had a difficult time setting up the system as the signal doesn't transmit too far as it's claimed by the manufacturer otherwise

Also we’ve never been able to manage the NVR remotely via the CMS application connected to the same Local Area Network and after several attempts we gave up on getting the IP PRO Android App working on my high-end Android Phone which in our opinion this issue is not on SMONET it is on the App developers; don’t know why every time I tried to validate my Email address the Android IP PRO App would just say that the link to validate my Email had expired even though the validation Email was just sent to me just a minute or 2 before I clicked on the link so no comments on the IP PRO interface; it really doesn’t matter much now because even if the Android App worked fine we would still return this system.3

Difficult to set up, had a hard time connecting it to wifi

First time to learn the system is hard but would purchase again

it came in fast and no problems, but there should have been a better guide on how to set it up and i'm not talking about how to mount the camera i'm talking about the time date and programs like what app should i use or download to be able to see on my cellphone

I've learned to live with it, knowing that if I wait, the picture will eventually return, but I really wish they would spend some time enhancing the app and making it more reliable more often.

Junk - do not waste your time - the housing will not last outdoors, the cameras are low resolution - the documentation sucks the product is cheaply made and worthless.

I have had to reformat my hard drive about 10 times.

At night with the right LED lighting we believe you could get a good clear color/day time video of the entry way(s) comings and goings instead of Night Vision video; example shown in one of the pictures below.4

The second time I had an issue with the system beeping the firmware update did not work

some times, there is a delay between what actual and what you see on the screen but that seems to be the result of wifi signal delays

n’t work very well after a while

I purchased the 4 channel system with 1T hard drive

Am giving 3 stars basically due to this and the limited tech support availability that includes tech support e-mail communications only after 5pm PT (evenings
