Wolverine 8mm & Super 8 Reels to Digital MovieMaker Pro Film Digitizer, Film Scanner, 8mm Film Scanner, Black (MM100PRO)

    • They were a bit dusty and dirty and left stuff behind after capturing the film
    • Other than watching for bad 50 yearold tape splices (and a bit of a learning curve), this machine has been fairly set-and-forget for the 65 captures I've performed so far.
    • You can’t get at the right angle with it to clean every bit that needs cleaning

    • A bit pricey.
    • Do find getting the film under the feeder notches is a bit tricky but the quality of the film is exceptional.
    • The control buttons are a bit tricky to use but the results are worth the aggravation!
    • I was a bit reluctant at first to try this on my own but actually enjoyed the time spent.
    • So it misses the mark in some ways and takes a bit of monkey grease to work it properly, but the results are truly stunning.
    • As for the performance, the product was better than I had dared hoped for as I was a bit apprehensive after reading feedback from some previous users
