Would recommend as a bra for excercising/dancing as well as using as a liner for crop tops and other transeperant tops.

Usually for running I’m used to wearing a more supportive sports bra like the VS wired zip up ones for a better

As a matter of preference, I would never wear this for a serious training session unless I put a proper sports bra under, which would ruin the look

I hesitated before purchasing this top at first because I really hate removable cups - sports bras, bathing suits, doesn't matter, I get infuriated every time they flip around or fold in the wash

but this isn't a good bra for those big breasted women.

My ribcage always seems like it takes the most pressure from bras and this bra doesn't cause the back pain / ribcage tension
