Love Epson products easy to use compared to others

We got this printer so enable us to print nice quality photos and color prints, not high volume users but wanted a good product

After reminding customer service that this was a defective product and not a scenario where I simply changed my mind about a purchase, the rep emailed me a UPS shipping label and said a UPS driver would be there to pick it up the following day

If quality is important to you this is a great product

I called Amazon and Epson and was assured that the product was a defect
