The reason for the two stars is the push notifications on iOS do not work

It has for some unknown reason gone offline a few times

The only reason it's not 5 starts is that the app sometimes freezes / loses connection (even when I'm at a home wifi).

For unknown reasons, the settings on the app will change themselves

I found it a lousy product for many, if not all, the reasons familiar to folks who post their chronic problems here on Amazon, within the comments sections of various tech review sites, and within the forum of wyzecam.com proper

Setup was easy (did have to use the support page after an update that didn't take) , quality is low/standard but sufficient for most situations, and the reason that prompted my review was the fire alarm that just went off
