Xbox 360 250GB Console with Kinect

    • (you wont have 2 sets of data on each hard drive)
    • 250 gig hard drive is all i will ever
    • It saves money because in the long run you will need the space and buying the $200 model with a hard drive separately is more expensive
    • example, the hard drive transfer cable that you can only use if microsoft!!the Kinect sensor that comes with the bundle will ONLY WORK on the new Xbox 360's, with the new port on the back.
    • Anyways for more info check out my review here on Amazon about xbox360 hard drives
    • The additional hard drive space on this bundle allows you to install your disc based games (an completely optional task that can improve loading times, and allow it to run quieter while playing) and plenty of room for all the demos, arcade games, music and movies you need
    • The disk drive can be heard at times during gameplay (still quieter than original), but this can be avoided by simply loading the games to the hard drive
    • I can play my music and movies from an external USB hard drive, but can not load them on the internal drive.
    • I had no problem using one of the several hard drive transfer cables I have laying around the house from the days when they used to ship them free to people on request.
    • Today i decided to take out my hard drive from my Slim and place it in this new dummy case
    • Then i placed the hard drive in the 360 Slims bay
    • Will someone tell me what the 250G hard drive is good for...please??????????
    • And i got all of that for less than what you would pay for a brand new Xbox 360 console with only a 4GB hard drive
    • Having bought all of the attachments and additions in the prior models I thought this might show the value you get here as this is easily the best choice BY FAR!!!A huge hard drive on a newer model that runs more quietly
    • You can load your $50 games on the hard drive in an attempt to keep small children from destroying them, but the disks still have to be loaded to play the games...not sure why a 250G hard drive is needed?2.
    • The air vent is located on the side (or the top, if you mount it horizontally), the buttons are touch-sensitive and don't have to be pressed in, the system makes pleasant ringtone-like sounds when you turn it on and off or you eject discs, there's no faceplate to change out, the hard drive has plenty of room, and the system has a spiffy, shiny black finish
    • You can then buy the 250GB hard drive separately for $120-$130
    • The air vent is located on the side (or the top, if you mount it horizontally), the buttons are touch-sensitive and don't have to be pressed in, the system makes pleasant ringtone-like sounds when you turn it on and off or you eject discs, there's no faceplate to change out, the hard drive has plenty of room, and the system has a spiffy, shiny black finish
    • I got a Xbox 360 with a 250GB hard drive, a kinect, Kinect Adventures, power chords, a controller, contoller charger chords, and they even threw in a couple chargeable battery packs for the controllers
    • Just search xbox 360 slim 250gb hard drive and find my review
    • This is the best of both worlds, family and party friendly kinect, plenty of hard drive space for all your games, and the new quiet, smaller, wifi-included xbox
    • I can't play 1080P movies from my USB hard drive even though they are in supported formats.
    • Xbox 360 250GB Hard Drive
    • Will someone tell me what the 250G hard drive is good for...please??????????
    • We soon realized that the 4GB one she ordered was too small, so she bought an external hard drive.
    • It has a build in 250 GB hard drive that allows you to storage massive games, videos, and photos.
    • It's nice to have the extra hard drive space so you can install the games to the hard drive to speed of the loading times.
    • Again, I'm not sure why a 250G hard drive is needed?3.
    • Last week i found a dummy copy cat hard drive case
    • I got the 250GB hard drive version, and I am needing that space now
    • Being a gadget nerd, I ordered this bundle despite already having an Xbox360, because I wanted the larger hard drive, the quietness of the new console (whisper quiet!!!!!), and the built-in wireless.
    • I'm noticed the load times are slightly quicker; both on the dashboard and the games installed to the hard drive.
    • It's also FINALLY reliable, easy to use an iPod for it, can play custom songs on EVERY game, and this model has a nice-sized hard drive
    • From experience, it is better to buy the console that has a good internal hard disk because then one is dedicated to download games and other things and comes the need to place or have to spend on an external hard drive, in my case I had to connect my personal hard drive backup console to validate me as just a mass storage of 15 GB, so it's better to buy the console once with a good hard
    • Things you need to know when buying!!!!!GET THE $300 VERSION WITH A HARD DRIVE
    • I decided to use my older hard drive from my xbox360 Elite
    • The old problems of the 360 have been fixed with the new model, you now have built in wifi, a quieter optical drive, and most importantly a reliable system
    • Considering the kinect by itself runs $150 and the bundled unit with the necessary "250 gig hard drive" is $400 a difference of $250
    • I upgraded for the bigger hard drive, kinect, and quieter (and more energy efficient) operation
    • Re-seating the new hard drive cage can be a
    • That looks just like the new 250gb 360 Slims hard drive case
    • The air vent is located on the side (or the top, if you mount it horizontally), the buttons are touch-sensitive and don't have to be pressed in, the system makes pleasant ringtone-like sounds when you turn it on and off or you eject discs, there's no faceplate to change out, the hard drive has plenty of room, and the system has a spiffy, shiny black finish
    • Definitely glad we sprung for a package that had the 250GB hard drive
    • After doing alot of research on xbox360 hard drives online
    • (1) this device ships with unacceptably cheap A/V interconnect cables
