I personally dont buy on demand games as the prices really aren't competitive and I just cant justify buying a download version of a game when I can actually buy the physical version for the same price or less

Xbox marketplace has a LOT of games for download at much better prices than PSN (I do love my PS3 though)

299 is a great price, however I ended up buying my bundle from gamestop simply because its the same price but comes with a bonus 60 dollar giftcard, which is especially great if you don't really like the games that come with the bundle.
