Sent the console in again to correct the missing USB cover problem and received it back, once again, with a missing USB cover".I would respectfully like to ask for a replacement console, excluding serial number (010497771207), that is in the same condition that my original console was in, which was flawless

This time it had a missing USB cover and a slight wobble; I was going to live with the wobble till I saw the missing USB cover.
