The chat pad is very useful even if you don't chat
-
Chat pad is very useful, no batteries required btw & the 12 months of Live is of course the cream of the crop
-
The Chat-pad makes sending emails over Live SO much easier, which'll be triply important once Twitter and Facebook become available on Xbox Live in the fall
-
The chat pad fixes that cumbersome mess and makes it a breeze to make quick text responses to friends
-
It's certainly not a Turtle Beach headset, but it's good!-Text Pad
-
Even ergonomically the chat pad doesn't intrude on the gameplay as it stays away from all the controls without any worry that it might hinder your movements.
-
The headsets are garbage as usual, but the chat pad is nice for random use.
-
Definitely worth the price, since I needed Live, the pad and my brother needed a headset.
-
The chat pad is very useful and I wasnt aware till I bought it that it actually lights up when you are using which is very helpful
-
The game is an excellent choice, and the chat pad is very useful if you have youe live messenger account logged in.
-
The entire pack should cost about $145 with PG4 which was $60 then a 12 month Gold subscription which is $50 then the headset is like $20 and the messenger pad is like $25
-
If you want both the game and the membership, you might end up with a "free" chat pad and headset by buying the package instead
-
The key pad is really durable, just a bit hefty but wont really get in the way unless you're an intense/hardcore gamer.
-
The game is pretty good and I love the chat pad.
