I actually love this controller however one of the buttons (left bumper) broke already

Left bumper broke within first month and right stick had drift within second.

Like many my bumpers broke

They're plastic and due to this they are far from durable, the result of this has caused all 3 of my controllers within owning them just takes mere months for the bumpers to snap, avoid this product unless if you are able to get a replacement each and every time the bumpers break

First the right bumper broke becoming unusable then both grips began to just fall off feeling awful to hold

My first Elite controller's left bumper broke in two weeks

The reason I do not give this a 5 star review when I like it so much is because the bumpers break

I fretted so much about the sticks dying or the o so prevalent bumpers breaking that I spent an extra 16-17$ on a warranty that I am not sure is actually legit

That being said, after 15 months the right bumper broke.

I have heard complaints from many about the bumpers breaking after varying amounts of use so if you tend to break controllers I would recommend buying a protection plan from square trade or amazon as it costs far less than buying another controller

Same problem as everyone else, bumper broke after 6 months

I bought this controller and after about 6 months the left bumper broke.

Like many have stated the rubber grips have started to peel off and one of the bumpers broke

Update: I went ahead with getting a replacement to give this product a second chance and the left bumper broke again in the exact same spot.

Once the bumpers break on the elite controller the bumper will start to fall out and be very hard to use

I am investigating my warranty options because I purchased this in February and 9 months later the left bumper broke

I had the same experience as others with the left bumper breaking because Microsoft went cheap on parts

On both the left bumper breaks after 7 months or so.

On a side note, if you have an Elite and the bumper breaks, you can always map a paddle to the broken bumper and keep on using it.

Have one through my elite console bundle and had the same issue with the left bumper breaking

I'd gladly recommend this to anyone looking for a great controller to use, but I'd just warn them that it may not hold up for as long as they'd like.

Nothing is broken and everything works as it should.
