The 1st one was great, but then the top-left paddle button broke and left stick wouldn't stay center.

I've had my Xbox one elite controller approximately 2 years and my left button broke so that if I hold the controller with the buttons towards the floor the left one flips out and hangs there.

Given that this was a $150 device and I've seen the same issue (both the shoulder button breaking and the lack of service options) on many forums by a number of different users I would encourage you to pursue other options.

Both of them have issues where the RB/LB buttons broke and left stick drift started occurring

I fretted so much about the sticks dying or the o so prevalent bumpers breaking that I spent an extra 16-17$ on a warranty that I am not sure is actually legit

Other times it works as it's supposed to and goes right.

I'd gladly recommend this to anyone looking for a great controller to use, but I'd just warn them that it may not hold up for as long as they'd like.

Nothing is broken and everything works as it should.

For the price of this controller, it fails in multiple ways!!!LB just broke as it has for many customers
