    Xbox Elite Wireless Controller

    • I've issued several complaints to Microsoft, like so many others, and have received no response
    • Don't reward Microsoft for shady business practices
    • I have already ordered replacement bumpers and torx screwdrivers for $20, and will fix Microsoft's mistake myself in two days thanks to Amazon Prime.
    • Microsoft will not repair these issues for you, but they will sell you a refurbished version of the remote
    • Microsoft will not fix the issue, nor even acknowledge that there is a manufacturing defect
    • Microsoft is openly ripping people off
    • Microsoft likes to give you a short warranty but not tell you that in a few months the grips will bubble up and you should buy from a third party to fix it
    • It wasn't, it's an engineering issue and Microsoft couldn't give a damn
    • but as of right now I feel as Microsoft has become a joke
    • It seems like Microsoft went for a premium initial impression by making the controller much heavier than the standard model, but as far as I can tell it's mostly dead weight
    • Disappointed Microsoft.
    • microsoft played dumb with me on the phone and doesnt care at all - stick to ps4
    • Microsoft should be ashamed for a its poor quality control.
    • I dont appreciate how rude microsoft is about it, and would appreciate it if they just let me buy replacement parts for cheep.
    • Microsoft will not help you if it breaks outside 90 days.
    • Now, it's becoming very clear that - even if you love the feel and design of the Elite controller - this is a shoddy piece of equipment that Microsoft has no faith in and will not support
    • Congratulations microsoft, you lost a customer who has been buying for over a decade
    • Seems like Microsoft has adopted the "frustrate the customer until they quite complaining and give up" business practice that is so common these days
    • That short of a warranty should tell you that Microsoft doesn't truly consider this elite or solid.
    • that if you're buying this for the sole purpose of PC gaming with certain titles i feel Microsoft missed the bullet on this one
    • I find that the entire experience from the start was very unprofessional and I experienced behavior that I would consider unacceptable from a small local company let alone a company as big as Microsoft
    • Microsoft was worthless in doing anything at all about righting their wrong as I see it
    • If you do end up ordering an elite controller through Amazon and aren't willing to fix it yourself, get an extended warranty because Microsoft, even if helpful (which they weren't for me), still fails to deliver for everyone even when you spend $150 on just a controller.
    • Of course the warranty has expired and Microsoft tells me there's nothing they can do about it
    • Very disappointed in this purchase, and Microsoft's lack of support in supporting their "premium" products
    • Seems like Microsoft has adopted the "frustrate the customer until they quite complaining and give up" business practice that is so common these days
    • Now, it's becoming very clear that - even if you love the feel and design of the Elite controller - this is a shoddy piece of equipment that Microsoft has no faith in and will not support
    • BUY FROM BEST BUY WITH EXTRA 2 YEAR WARRANTY FOR $20.Don't bother with the horrible Microsoft customer service (plus you only get 3 months warranty on that anyway)
    • Microsoft should be shamed for even letting this hit the market without a spring system for the buttons instead if the pos piece of plastic they have
    • I bought and replaced them myself, maybe not everything should be made of cheap plastic Microsoft
    • Microsoft is Trash.
    • Two of the three had major known issues Microsoft is a joke don’t expect much help when the controller stops working charging or buttons break you’ll be asked to pay for your own shipping they will give you a new one after idk why I would pay more money to send in a broken product
    • After talking to Microsoft support my warranty expired and so replacing it wasn't an option
    • I have already ordered replacement bumpers and torx screwdrivers for $20, and will fix Microsoft's mistake myself in two days thanks to Amazon Prime.
    • Shame on you Microsoft!
    • Microsoft is unwilling to help fix the problem
    • one controllers are a piece of crap, only bought this because I broke 4 joysticks on the regular controllers, so microsoft obviously recommended to buy the better more durable one....piece of crap broke in a week
    • I feel like microsoft hasn't really accounted for that
    • I've issued several complaints to Microsoft, like so many others, and have received no response
    • This controller is less durable than the Basic Controllers Microsoft is putting out and Ive been using the controller responsibly and taking care of ot too
    • What I care about now is that I have the Microsoft support team on record lying to me
    • 1 star and a big FU to Microsoft because plannned obsolescence SUCKS!
    • Microsoft will NOT help you for cheap, so beware
    • I would not recommend this product to anyone until Microsoft makes this product far more durable - at a minimum.
    • This review would be much higher if it weren't for certain defects with this controller, and Microsoft's unwillingness to rectify them
    • Microsoft could not find my serial number, so I could not do this online.
    • Microsoft is criminal and I hope bad things happen to all that work there.
    • Microsoft should be ashamed for making such a piece of junk.
    • I had the same experience as others with the left bumper breaking because Microsoft went cheap on parts
    • If Microsoft had more pride in their products they would offer repair programs for these issues.
    • Even if your controller does fail within the purposefully lacking warranty period, Microsoft will instead try to sell you a new controller and force you to fight for any replacements under warranty
    • Microsoft at this time was great and warrantied the unit
    • Now im skilled enough to actually take the controller apart & after watching a couple youtube videos, swap the plastic RB/LB buttons from my normal system controller to the Elite, but im not going to lie...during the 25minutes it took to perform the surgery, I was cursing Microsoft the whole time
    • Microsoft was pretty good about replacing it under warranty...but the one they sent me was NOT a new item, but a refurbished controller
    • This is a known issue yet Microsoft still hasn't changed the bumpers
    • This review would be much higher if it weren't for certain defects with this controller, and Microsoft's unwillingness to rectify them
    • Although I love my xbox, Microsoft should be presistine on day one
    • Let me see if i get what i am reading, i was planing to buy this controller, but it seems to break easy aftet a few month of use regarles of level of use that does not sound like a high end controller, and a 90 day warranty tells me that even the company dont have confedent the controller is going to last, i was a hardcore gamer both on xbox 360 and ps3, but move to pc, now i pike to pkay exclusives, so i want to get me a xbox one and ps4, with the high end controllers, i had my xbox 360 for about 10 years and it works fine, the controllers are very well made to last, to the point that i but a new shell for running over my wife pink controller with my car, well i but the sheel and fix some of the bent joysitck parts and works lile new, so how in yhe world a 150 dollars controller breaks in 3 to 8 months with only a 90 days warranty
    • I fretted so much about the sticks dying or the o so prevalent bumpers breaking that I spent an extra 16-17$ on a warranty that I am not sure is actually legit
    • Like new condition, synced perfect without any trouble to my xbox one s,came a day early, (so very fast shipping)no complaints and would recommend this seller to a friend for sure if they were interested in an xbox elite controller.
    • I fretted so much about the sticks dying or the o so prevalent bumpers breaking that I spent an extra 16-17$ on a warranty that I am not sure is actually legit
    • n’t work on other controllers
