The problems started only a month or so in with the controller randomly shutting off in the middle of games as if battery power was lost, even with brand new batteries

I had a Master Chief collection controller that came with the Xbox One console that had a sporadic problem of the LT button being pressed simultaneously whenever I pressed the LB button

While the controller is still useable for most part, the issues with the analog stick at times causes movements in game to not register or unintentionally register, and obviously the battery issue causes major problems when it occurs in the middle of play

The problems that you read about on these reviews still exist, shame on Microsoft!

For the price this runs, these problems are inexcusable

Microsoft, please just use either better plastic or even billet aluminum as a premium option in the future to prevent an unnecessary problem.

Problem is, the sticks rattle around in their sockets and are prone to drift (which my controller now has in the left stick as of today), the rubberized grips will peel off and look horrible as soon as it gets warm out (Good luck replacing them, btw

The problem is that for most heavy users, this controller will eventually lose the grips and develop other forms of frustration for the user

Third problem: my LS became loose and the deadzone was dead

Paying this much for a controller and having this problem is really disappointing

I fretted so much about the sticks dying or the o so prevalent bumpers breaking that I spent an extra 16-17$ on a warranty that I am not sure is actually legit
