The controller was amazing it looked and felt good , a small little problem with the left stick for when running in games it does not wanna click down when moving to left but eventually it worked , over all amazing product thank you so much

Gonna try to open it up since MS does not support this product at all but my hopes are not high.

I love having a more solid controller and paddles are a must, but unless you can justify essentially lighting $150 on fire every 4 months or so hold off on buying until this product receives the warranty support it needs.

I would like to remind anyone reading this that I am talking about the most expensive controller product that Microsoft offers, that I owned it for less then a year, and that Microsoft considers this to be normal wear and tear

I bought this product and after 1 month, the used controller doesn't work properly.

I have had this product and loved it to start but the lock for the trigger has randomly gone out and microsoft has told me they wont replace it!

I absolutely loved this product

A $150 product should NEVER break in less than a year from basic wear and tear, especially when I have basic Xbox One controllers that are from the original console launch that work just fine, and the fact that they are not willing to cover the product this long is proof they know how quickly the controllers fail

I fretted so much about the sticks dying or the o so prevalent bumpers breaking that I spent an extra 16-17$ on a warranty that I am not sure is actually legit

MS shouldn't get to intentionally cut corners on the basic controller model, with a famously broken D-Pad (just like last time!), and then charge three times as much for the fixed version

K/D is up a solid .7 since implementing

Classic + D Pad is much more positive than circular version

I didn't find the different D-pad options to really improve the feel of the D-pad, though and didn't help much in the few fighting games that the XBONE gets

Thank god fighting games are mostly a thing of the past or you buy an arcade stick because I haven't seen a good D-Pad since the NES from the 1980s
