    • so I recommend long warranty
    • I swapped it out twice within the very poor 3 month warranty period
    • Furthermore the warranty for this product through Microsoft is horrendous
    • The warranty is also trash which expired 2 weeks before my controller started messing up

    • A better warranty would be great, but it had lasted me roughly 14 months of daily use, so i can't complain.

    • Shoulder bumpers are poorly designed and fail often, this was my second controller with this same issue and I even purchased the Squaretrade warranty just in case, And that complete joke of a company denied to replace it calling it accidental
