The controller is in great shape but after alittle use I ran into the same problem with my old elites the stick has dead zones from wear, that make you run or scroll sucks hard to play games with

Even after increasing my dead zone to the highest degree available, it would still move upward but just not as quickly

you can change trigger sensitivity, dead zones for your analog sticks disable rumble. as well as remap the 2-4 back paddles that are included

How you can set your own dead zones separately for both triggers

I fixed it in the setting by cutting out the dead zone but it should have been that way from the beginning

My left joystick began registering as leaning slightly right within just 3 months of use and the customization basically only allows you to fix this by desensitizing or increasing the dead zone
