Faint Annoying Ringing Sound

If headphone sound isn't a concern to you, this controller is great, but i use my original one and this one sits there unused.

Every X1 controller has a faint humming sound, and loose panels

But to my ears, when the controller vibrates, I hear a high-pitched ringing or squeaking sound of the mechanism that creates the vibrating effect.

This controller works great for everything except using my turtle beach headset with.. the sound is very faint when plugged into the headphone jack, i tried turning the headset all of the way up and looking for settings to change in my settings for my xbox without any luck

Something is wrong with the headphone jack, it makes static sounds then cuts off.
