Poor quality.

The quality of the controller is quite poor

Pretty bad quality control from Microsoft on these controllers.. the right trigger and bumper have been sticky and loose since day 1

This is a known issue on the original release of the Xbox 1x system with controller due to poor quality

It’s just kind of a nice quality of life feature

Seems quality-built, sturdy and hasn't let me down yet.

The triggers, although have a nice quality, seem to have too much space between at rest and actuation point

I really appreciate the quality of this product.

Mediocre quality, all buttons stick within a month

Also the right thumb sticks near the a and x button, the space around that area you can feel something's not right it flexes because of poor quality
