    • so I have a very difficult time holding the phone without dropping it
    • Chargeing time not bad
    • Many time the reader did not work and I had to used my pass code
    • My phone had a hard time reading my finger print through
    • I'd buy this again, great case and I've dropped my phone a few times now, no worries!
    • I fell in love with this pole the first time i opened it and held it in my hand
    • My only only gripe is that I had a difficult time with the instructions on initial installations (because they provide two front covers, with two different colors (one clear one black) but they make no indication of this in the packaging).
    • My daughter has one for her 5S and gets compliments on it all the time at school
    • I have tested the water resistant aspect of it (gotten sweaty a few times) and have had no issue at all
    • I have dropped my phone several times and the case has protected it each time with no damage,
    • As others said, it is not too bulky, well fitting, and does have the port covers (probably not sufficient to consider water proof). At the same time we find enough details that prevent from rating it a "5": not too easy to install (the soft outer shell is not that soft, may be at 80 degrees it would not been an issue, but at 68 it was); headphones cover does not quite fit in when the phone is inside (you have to grind/cut off excess material); port covers make it very difficult to use some charging cables (even pricey certified ones) and also headphones
    • It also makes using the phone while charged in incredibly annoying as the charger only works form time to time: you may be reading and your phone will vibrate constantly as the charger moves inside the plug
    • I saw a reveiw talking about aheisive strips left over after removing it, but I have no idea what that means, because I have nothing with adheisive, nor do I have a hard time taking off, or putting on the case
    • I had a hard time keeping dust particles out the case which I woouldn't normally care about
    • Although, my kids and I have dropped my phone a few times and it has protected it from cracking, scratching or breaking.
    • because often times they interfere with the touch screen
    • In terms of protection, my phone has fallen many times and it has no damage at all
    • My phone has fallen to the floor several times and this case has kept it in good shape.
    • I dropped my phone 5 times in the past year and so far no problems
    • I had a bit of a hard time getting the sides and corners to seal over but this gives me confidence that it's secure
    • but it works well for me every time
    • Considering how often I habitually try to connect the phone to a charging cable I still find it challenging to locate the front edge of the charging port flap, get my fingernail under under it to pry it open, keep the flap open with one hand (often times it closes back because my finger lost contact with the edge) while the other hand tries to insert the Lightning connector
    • Figured four months is a pretty good time to test the case's quality.
    • She has a hard time charging it and putting in her headphones
    • Pros:does not hide my beautiful phoneRugged--dropped many times and no scratch on the phone
    • I've tried this type of case before but fortunately this time the thin film over the TouchID sensor was in better shape, but I still had a hard time getting the TouchID to read
    • I have dropped my phone several times and so far, well, so good!
    • I removed the case one time and the corners cracked in a couple different places
    • I have dropped my phone so many times and it comes out well protected each time
    • Other times, it reads it too well like when I just want to check the time, it logs me in
    • so I won't clean the screen every time when I would use my stylus or fingers
    • Tea split on my phone twice, my phone fell in a puddle, and several times my phone slipped out my hands and fell really hard to the pavement and also on my tiled floor
    • A clear membrane like film is used for the home button, providing access to Touch ID but it failed me many a times
    • I had a very hard time putting the case on
    • Dropped 2 times and phone did not break
    • I have dropped it so many times within the past week and it has protected it so well
    • tried many time to correct this but issue remain. and due to this air space created between phone screen and screen protector which is blurring my eyes.
    • This case really is rugged, I've dropped it several times and it has protected my phone
    • Durable, as I've alreadyd dropped mine a few times
    • I have been a long time Otterbox Defender user so much of my feedback is in comparison to that product
    • The more time I spend with this case the more I like it, though I still wrestle with the flap covering the charging port
    • I was having a hard time as the phones were getting smaller and the cases were getting bigger, this is a good thin case.
    • First time trying this brand and so happy.
    • A must have that amazes every time.
    • but I am willing to sacrifice this slight imperfection (just this one time)
    • My touch ID worked great every time I used had no issues
    • n’t work…Pros:• I purchased the see-through
    • n’t lose them,
