When choosing a case, I prefer function and protection over fashion, while at the same time, the iPhone 6 is so thin and light, I hate covering that up with a bulky, heavy case.

For those not needing a case to cover the front the phone, I imagine you could easily remove the clear cover before putting the two halves together

However, the “dust resistance” benefit of the phone means there is an ugly plastic cover that covers the home button and leaves air bubbles all over the button

The case feels great in your hand with the rounded edges, is really durable to protect your phone, and has a great screen cover that also protects the Touch ID sensor on the home button

I was concerned about the sensitivity of having a top cover with a plastic shield as I have a HD Ballistic Glass shield already on the phone --- but it was not a problem!

The back is a soft bumper cover and the front is a hard inner case

So, knowing that these little ports are covered is assuring

I love how all the headphone & charge ports are covered from dust.

The clear cover also provides excellent tactile feedback and all key strokes are recorded as if there was no screen protector.

It's a hassle to open when you charge it- although I like the screen cover, once it gets a scratch then it's there forever and makes it somewhat hard to see on the screen

The case was very easy to install and the front has a clear cover (with white or black trim covers provided) over your entire front face.

Make sure you remove the protective cover of the home base before installing phone.

The cover is sturdy and fairly easy to get on but after a few weeks of use dust has gotten in behind the case (especially around the area I plug in the charger)

I found the cover was too scratched up and even two dog hairs had gotten between the phone and the screen cover

Most ports are covered sufficiently except for the camera opens, which I think needs to have some sort of clear covering, if nothing else to make

I like the screen covering on this model better as well as there seems to be no "space" between the actual phone screen and protective screen.

I was disappointed in the function of the front protective cover of this case as it highly retains fingerprint smudges and oils and it is a victim of the Newton rings phenomenon (rainbow effect) under various lighting conditions, though this effect does go and come but is more present than absent.

All buttons and port covers work good and provide good access however this is not a water proof case.

Enjoyed the packaging, a black/white front cover was included which means I can make my black iPhone looks white

Only issue I have is this case has button covers and port covers but, lacks a cover for the silencer.

This cover did not protect my sons phone when it hit the carpeted floor

It's a very nice and rugged case and keeps the original looks of iPhone intact thought the transparent back cover.

Just got the 6s rose gold and hated to cover up the the phone with a bulky cell cover...this makes my phone feel protected but still lets the look of the phone shine thru!!

The covers where you connect accessories are easy to get to, but some are quite difficult to get back in place once finished with, especially the headphone socket

The iPhone 6 Alixo case has stiff rubberized port covers for the headphone and lightning ports that you pry away to gain access.

No water has every made its way into my phone because all of the holes are tightly covered with plugs and the screen protector protects liquid from seeping into the phone

Additionally, the clear cover over the fingerprint scanner does not affect this functionality.

The headphone port cover does NOT fit snuggly, it always hangs out a bit no matter how hard I push on

Also, the cover over the TouchID sensor makes it a bit less sensitive (some false positives) but nothing major
