I use it all the time and it works great

I wrongly thought the third time might be charm and tried once again to install PaperPort, no such luck.

Probably your best bet would be to go to Staples or Best Buy and get the same scanner or something comparable, and not even waste your time with a mail order, at least not for electronics.

The 50 sheet feeder might work the first and second time but after that, you're lucky to get 12 sheets
