I liked the tones I got get with the eq.

I can also see great uses for more spacial sounds especially for clean tones

I am NOT into high tech modern bass tones

I could not get a quick-enough response and a "clean" tone out of it, played through a Les Paul into a 71' Fender Super Reverb amp.

If you prefer thicker and heavier classic hard rock tones...this pedal is an asset and useful tool.
