The Yamaha FC3A foot pedal works as advertised, as I use it for my Yamaha MOXF8 with sounds that's able to use half-pedaling

my NP-31 (which did say it suppors half-pedal functionality), as well as in my DAW when using it as a MIDI controller, and I saw no difference

Work as it should.
