While this Yamaha unit is not the most expensive, I find it produces sounds as crisp and real life as possible for its price

It is a fantastic unit.

This is a fine starter unit for someone getting into vinyl; however, if you’re replacing vintage then I would recommend sticking with vintage.

Audio wise, it is an excellent unit

And in the mean time, we get suitable modern connections on a very nice unit.

I do feel with music especially, the sound does compare very favorably to my Marantz NR-1604, a more expensive 7.1 unit

They sync up and remain connected, and the sound, while some may say is not as good as a standalone unit, sounds very good to my ears, smooth and warm sounding
