I really enjoy my warmer, it keeps it nice and war for long periods of time

it only turns on if a certain amount of weight is applied, meaning that your cup/mug needs to have a volume of liquid in it sufficient to depress the warmer down and turn it on.

I’m sad because I loved this warmer and it is only 11 days after the return policy.

Does not keep coffee hot, just warm.

It doesn't make the drink hot, just warm

So far it appears to be a good coffee warmer.

I like my coffee warm and it works well for that.

Keeps my husband's coffee warm, but perhaps not as warm as he would like.

Lovely as it is to give a "Nice Day" coaster along with the warmer, this coaster should NOT be placed on the top of the warmer as if it is part of it - thus the burning problem
